[Northkeep] New Winterkingdom Activity- Largesse Derby!

I think this is a wonderful idea.  For those of you on Facebook, there is a
group called Largess Makers.  This is where I first heard about similar
derbies (derbys??) being done in other Kingdoms.  If you are one of those
people who think, I can't make things, then you should check out the files
in the Largess Makers FB group.  Lots of creative ideas.  Some easy, some
requiring specialized skills.

A couple of questions.....  Can people have more than one entry?  Are you
allowing alcoholic donations?
