[Northkeep] Populace

[Baroness of Northkeep]

As our meeting falls on Halloween this month, we thought a sharing of
treats might be in order.  If anyone wants to bring treats for the kids (or
treats for the adults), please do so.

The Northkeep & Ansteoran patches will also be available at Populace ($2.50
each or $11 for any five).

The start of the meeting is also the deadline for feast bids for
wInterkingdom.  Earlier would be even better . . . .
