 Their Excellencies Perrin & Jehanne welcome everyone, and are super happy
to be in-person.

               *Word Fame*:

Perrin introduced the Panache token, tangible word fame given at Populace
to those who have shown style or flair in the preceding month.  Perrin’s
Panache was given to Grimbjorn & Alexandre.

Jehanne introduced the Jardin token, tangible word fame given at Populace
to those who have helped take care of or grow the barony in the preceding
month. Jehanne’s Jardin was given to Elena Zekler Miklosne, Francesca, &
Martel.

Populace word fame: Yosiah thanked Martel for coming to help when his car
broke down

*Castellan Autocrats: *Facon and Thomas expressed gratitude for all the set
up crew, Geoffrey & Adalia for lending their 4 pavilions, Zubeydah for
running the Silent Auction, Francesca for dealing with all the Paypal
changes, Leo for posting updates so quickly, Johnny for bringing his food
truck at the last minute, Jorje for introducing us to Johnny, Seighin for
helping with archery, and Ed & Jutte for running gate.



               *Projects:*  The Silent Auction raised $1,555. Brainstorming
projects needed for Baronial beautification, suggestions included: storage
unit (annual only), storage trailer parking, sign for meetings/practices,
portable throne cases, portable throne seat cushions (Zubeydah offered to
make), paint smaller pavilions, trailer re-work, hospitaler/loaner garb
(both creation and swap meet), Teen Tent banner, silk banners for smaller
pavilions, plasti-dip pole ends to both identify and protect from mud,
create driving pool to help those who can’t drive themselves to meetings.

Populace decided to start with the loaner garb creation, Lord Matthew
offered Pinot’s Palette if the library is not yet open for groups. Several
offered fabric from their stashes.

Lord Thomas reminded us to vote for our preferred Vindheim Populace badge
before July 4th, link will be posted to FB Group and email list.

*Upcoming Events:*

Crown- July 10th in Hamilton, TX All registrations into PayPal must be in
by July 1st, 2021 at 6 pm CDT. Perrin & Jehanne will be there with the
baronial pavilion, everyone going is invited to share the space. PB&J want
to have a Northkeep space, visible and welcoming, at each event that
members of the populace attend. Plans are underway for envoy kits for
events PB&J are not attending.

Roundtable- Virtual event July 17th

Eldern Hills Day in the Park – FREE! Pre-registration is still required,
but your invoice will be $0. Again, PB&J will be there, and there will be a
Northkeep space.

*Seneschal* – Lord Matthew

-As of July 1st, masks not required for outdoor SCA activities. Indoor
masking still required.

-Reminded us that the ZIP code updates are due June 30.

-Open for applications: Exchequer &  Knight Marshal due July 22nd, open
offices are Hospitaler, Historian/Librarian, MoC, and Missile Marshal.

- Upcoming Demos:

Makers Faire Tulsa – August 28th, 2021 at Exchange Center at Expo Square



*Discussion that the main officers can do the reporting and have deputies
for pretty much everything else if they want, baronial offices can be
collaborative efforts!

*Reeve* – Lord Edward de Lacy

-Pending any additional receipts for Castellan, we broke even. Which is
good!

-Term coming to an end in July (Summer Roundtable). Apply now! Applications
close June 22nd

-We have money

*Herald* – Lady Rwsa (not present)

*Minister of Arts & Sciences* – Lady Elspeth (not present)

A&S Class –probably Garb 101, will be posted when confirmed

*Chronicler* –HE Zubeydah- next Nordic Saga 1st week of August, submissions
due by July 30th.

-officers need to send in a report, even if it is very short

-send content!!!

*Webminister* –Lord Leo (not present)

*Knight Marshal* –Lord Ludewicus von Lichtenstein (not present)

-Rapier practices happening every Wednesday at Turkey Mtn. Park

*Discussion on whether it would be desirable to have 2 combined fighter
practices, decided that Tuesdays will be the 96th & Riverside Joint Fighter
Practice, and Wednesdays will be the Turkey Mtn. Park Joint Fighter
Practice.

*Youth Combat Marshal* – Lady Iziaslava Veronikeia Myshkovicha

-no youth practices allowed yet, looking forward to starting

-youth loaner gear needs gorgets

*Wyldewode business/news*:

                              Seneschal applications still open until July
16th, and MoAS office is still open. This Saturday (7/3) is Populace, which
will be Hari’s last as seneschal and then he, Antonia and their littles
will be moving closer to NK



*Chemin Noir business/news*:

                             SunFest and Follow-up went well, and member
activity is picking up!



*Perrin & Jehanne Closing*– rain is imminent, we’re done!
