[Northkeep] Populace Meeting poll

[Baroness of Northkeep]

 Bonjour Northkeep!
We have a decision to make, so I bring it to you, the populace.
We will have in-person Populace next Monday, July 26th. The question is, do
we want it indoors with masks, chairs provided, and air conditioning? Or do
we want it outdoors without all of the above (and with the addition of
mosquitos).
