-Need a current Baronial Populace photo! After discussion, we decided the
Populace photo will be taken October 18th, location TBD. We want
photographer to be in the pic as well, use timer? Possibilities include:
Gathering Place, Boston Avenue (stonework), park, WRCHS football field (for
risers/stadium seating), cemetery with stonework keep (Memorial Park?),
Botanical Gardens. Poll will be sent out to the list and on the FB Group.

-NK planned to put in a bid for the Vindheim Coronet Tourney, but the space
we had planned on is now booked. Needs to be indoor/outdoor and accommodate
6 lyst fields and at least 600 people. Deadline is July 30th.

Discussed alternate venues: Creek Co. Fairground (already booked), Tulsa
Co. Fairgrounds (have to buy all water/food from on site vendors), Girl
Scout Camps Tall Chief (?), Post Oak Lodge (not big enough), Glenpool
Conference Center (booked), Rogers State University (?), Meadow Lake Ranch
(?), Hard Rock ($$$), Cox Business Center (?), Mabee Center (booked).

*Masks not required for outdoor SCA activities. Indoor masking still
required.*

Northkeep pavilions went to Crown and Eldern Hills, space feedback? Great
to have a communal space, could use more hands when breaking down and
loading out.

We want a Northkeep space at indoor events, too. How to delineate space
indoors? Adalia pointed out that the portable walls can be set half-high to
create a space without blocking sight-lines.

Sept. 11th Kingdom A&S in Bordermarch (Beaumont) –Jehanne only

Sept. 15-19th Lillies War, PB&J unable to attend due to work conflicts. Who
wants to be the Northkeep Vanguard?

Sept 24-26th Coronation/Rosenfeld 30th Birthday/War College (Hawkins, TX)
PB&J attending. Looks like camping is back on the menu!

October 3-9 Gulf Wars. Pre-reg will open August 1st!!! Perrin will go from
the beginning, Jehanne needs to go up later. Any chance of a car pool the 5
th or 6th? Join the Facebook Group for planning purposes

please volunteer! NK has 4 members on the Gulf Wars staff, so you can serve
with friends!

*Officers Reports:*

*Seneschal* – Lord Matthew is transitioning between two jobs by working
them both. He looks forward to rejoining us with more availability after
August.

*Exchequer* – Thanks to Lord Edward de Lacey for his service, and welcome
Lord Ulfr! We have about $1300-1400 more this month than last. Kudos from
Northern Regional Exchequer (Adalia) for having all reports up to date.
Both Cantons also are up to date.

*Herald* – Lady Rwsa is still undergoing treatment, but has access to
email: herald at northkeep.ansteorra.org .

Also, The SCA College of Arms will be hosting a Virtual Heralds Point for
approximately 2 weeks, from Aug. 8-22, with a Zoom event for consultations
from Aug. 14-15.

A&S Class – Making Newcomer Garb Part 2, August 2nd at 7pm at the BAUMC
Aldersgate Room.

*Chronicler* –HE Zubeydah- next publication August, submissions due by July
30th. Feature “Northkeep Remembers”, please submit Keigan of Ravensfaire
stories/memories to chronicler at northkeep.ansteorra.org . Zubeydah is
working on a mobile-optimized version, will be available when there are 10
subscribers so sign up! Reminder for Officers and the B&B to send in
reports, and a general plea for content.

*Hospitaler* –Applications received, announcement imminent

Upcoming Demos:

Makers Faire Tulsa – August 28th at Exchange Center at Expo Square. This
demo is fantastic for hands on/make & take projects. Let Perrin know what
you’re bringing!

Practice is 6:30pm Wednesday Nights at Turkey Mountain Park.

*Youth Combat Marshal* – Lady Iziaslava Veronikeia Myshkovicha aka “Meesh”

Practice is 6pm Tuesday nights at the 96th & Riverside Park.

*Archery Marshal*– Open for applications – Jehanne will be starting
official practices back up at the City of Coweta Archery Park. Current plan
is Sundays from 3-5, car pooling is awesome so please ask/offer! Anyone
else wanting to get authorized for Combat Archery? Let Jehanne know so we
can set it up. Also, any alternate time suggestions that would make it
possible for you to attend? A poll will be posted.

*Wyldewode business*:

                              New Seneschal is Honorable Lady Cicily
Bridges and the new MOAS is Lord Bulvyn Gunderson. Saturday, August 7th is
their Populace Meeting, 2pm at the Tahlequah Public Library.



*Chemin Noir business/news*:

                             Activity is picking up! New exchequer and
hospitaler & deputy hospitaler, and deputy seneschal! Yay deputies!
