Sunday, April 30th. Archery & Thrown Weapons Practice
3:30pm - 5:30pm at the City of Coweta Archery Park (35079 E 151st St South,
Coweta, OK). Loaner gear and instruction is available, just give our
marshal a heads-up at missile at northkeep.ansteorra.org.

Monday, May 1st.  A&S Documentation Class starting at 7pm in the Auditorium
of Martin Regional Library (2601 S Garnett Rd, Tulsa, OK 74129). Learn
about the documentation required for Arts & Sciences competitions using the
Kingdom Judging form, and tips on documenting your entry!

Tuesday, May 2nd.  OUTDOOR Joint Fighter Practice at Whiteside Park (4009 S
Pittsburg Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135).We will be meeting at the Tennis court at
Whiteside Park starting at 6pm.
REMEMBER TO BRING BOTTLED WATER!!!
Please contact the appropriate marshal prior to practice if you need loaner
gear.

Perrin & Jehanne will be heading over to support Adlersruhe at their event
this coming weekend, Passa de Arms- Death of the Winter Dragon!

This will be their first event in seven years, and they don't seem to have
a webpage with information so I'm copying it here!

Come join the Shire of Adlersruhe for the return of their Championship
Tournaments! We will award champions in chivalric, rapier, thrown weapons,
A&S, cooking, and bardic. There will be camping and pavilions are
encouraged! There are 8 RV spots that are on the other side of the lake
that are first come. Feast will be Saturday night. No open flames allowed!
Pets must be on a leash at all times. All alcohol must be in period
containers.
Site will open Friday at 5 pm and close Sunday at noon. Troll will be open
Friday from 5-9 and Saturday 8 am to 2 pm.
There can be no open flames. If you wish, you can bring propane grills and
anything solar powered for nighttime lighting.
Vendors are welcome! Please get with an event autocrat for details.

Here is the schedule for Passa de Arms- Death of the Winter Dragon. We hope

Noon- all A&S/cooking entries due (subject to change)
1 pm- 1:30 pm- Armor Inspections (Chivalric)
1:30 pm- Chivalric Championship
3 pm- Judging for A&S/cooking championships
4:30 pm- Bardic Championship
6 pm- Feast in lodge

FOOD:
Hello, we do have a menu for feast. Due to certain allergy concerns, we
changed the theme. We will have Bread with compound butters and nuts and
dried fruit for starters, for soup course we will have garlic soup (which
is not Gluten Free), and Leek and Pea soup (Which is Gluten Free and Dairy
Free), for Entrees we will have smoked brisket with a blackberry compote,
apple marinated pork loin, both with roasted root vegetables, for dessert
we will have apple galette, (not Gluten Free) and poached pears in a wine
syrup (which is Gluten Free).
For tavern, it will be burgers and hot dogs, we will also have bean patties
as well upon request, and everything can be bun-less as well.
