[Northkeep] 1/31 Fighter Practice CANCELLED

Good afternoon, Northkeep!

Two posts for you this afternoon and I'll do them separately for input
availability.

First, in consultation with Their Excellencies, the rapier marshal, the
O'Brien Park folks, and the weather prognosticators.... As well as getting
hit in the face with sleet myself, we've made the decision to cancel
practice for this evening.

As much as I hate to, with the new round of precipitation that came through
(is still coming through) the Northkeep metro today, we collectively have
decided it best to cancel practice tonight.

Take this evening to get some projects done for Gulf Wars, do some
individual training, etc., and we'll likely see folks this weekend at
Provincial Games!
