Well greetings all,
First I would like to say hi all. It is really good to have so many
people joining the tent list. I am Lady Marguerite, I have been making tents
for about twelve years. I am also the Kingdom secertary, I have so many
people who makes the connection to or three months later and realizing they
have been talking to me in both hats and ask me why i didn't tell them I was
one in the same. I own spinning winds and have allot of experience with
making tents. I would love to have period encampments for people to come an
visit us. There is a lady who has join the list who can help us information.
She is the web site owner of the medieval pavilions list. I will give
responses on the web sites to go to later. I would really like to have
people give me some input on what they would like to see in the guild and
can we see about get togethers. I would like all of us become a family in
camping were we have fun and do things for the kingdom. i.e.. a kingdom list
field stand for the king and queen and who else they would like to join
them. Making to Kingdom pretty would be so great. Also if we did hospitality
things on the side of a list field we can show are tents we make as a guild.
If you need materials I can sell them to you at wholesale cost to make your
own tent. If you need help cutting out the patterns I will help in that area
as well. I was shocked to find so little tents in this Kingdom when I moved
here. I knew the kingdom needed help in this area. I can e-mail designs and
patterns to you. If you get information please share it with the rest of us.
So please let me help. I would like to have meetings and cook outs together.
But most of all I really would like to have fun together. E-mail the list
and lets try to get a guild started together. LadyMaguerite
