PE - Structure tents

With my kids, I'd probably need the 9 days for the pavilion---but the sewing 
part would be the easiest for me.  I had pictured the hub as being a perfect 
circle instead of a polygon--that is why I didn't think I could make it 
myself--not having the tools or the skills.  

What I also need is a good source for canvas.  I am in the Barony of the 
Cleftlands (Cleveland, OH) if anyone knows of any sources around here or 
anywhere else (in the US and Canada) for that matter.
