There is no way for anyone to conform to your
expectations of the way things should be done
in the Barony if you don't publically voice them
in a positive realistic fashion...

So I invite you to put your reasoned expectations
here...to start you off...here are some of mine...
(had to go back to work)

The Barony: is a home and a safe-haven. That the
members are like family. That it is a place where rank
is not a delineating factor within the group.

Fighter Practice: to be in a public location that
is easy access and at a time frame attendable by
especially the fighters...

The Populace: to work towards the good of the group
as well as self improvement in regard to the
operations of the group and the overall attempt to do
attain a "period" look and without the negatives
involved in direct recreation...to read Corpora and
the Bylaws and Kingdom Law...To make an attemp to sit
together at state functions (Crown Tourney and
Coronation) and to represent themselves and the
group in a positive light...

The Baron and Baroness: are the voice of the Crown
and it's primary consultants with reguard to the
group.
They promote the group and it's populace to the
Kingdom, that they provide us with guidance and
support,
that they set the example for the populace in regard
to their actions and appearance. To be the overall
cheerleaders and voice of reason...

Seneschal: to maintain reporting, to oversee the other
officers, to represent the group in legal and business
matters, to calm waters and be a voice of reason,
to research all sides before action.

Treasure: to make sure reports are timely, to keep
expenses reasonable, and to make sure that we have
enough money to be able to continue operation with
reserve enough to be able to sustain lost income...

Herald: to maintain montly reporting, to record the
awards at all events they attend (especially ours) and
report them to the proper authority...to be available
to the populace for consultation on a regular schedule
at least once a month. To send in paperwork in a
timely manner.

Chronicler: To publish the newsletter in a timely
manner, and to prompt people for submissions

A&S: to encourage A&S in the group, to schedule
activites and procure instructors for at least
one montly scheduled activity...

Hospitilar: to attempt to gain members of people who
wish to be members, to help co-ordinate activities to
help those who wish more information...

Knight and Rapier Marshall: to encourage fighting
activity in the group, help train new people, and
be consistant in activity...
