RF - Gathering thoughts...

I'm as guilty as anyone of gritching and letting off
steam and not specifically going to the person
involved to resolve the issue...

The frequency of the gritching in the Barony has
seemed
to have gotten to the point that it is creating more
harm and lowering the moral of the Barony as a
whole...
than is necessary...

I ask you to stop for a minute and think...
figure out what you really think is the problem
and if it is a problem with the way someone is
doing an office...then research what the requirements
of that office are...and see if your expectations
even fit the scope of the job...
