[Ravensfort] Non-resident polling <forward of private email>

Their Highnesses <snipped irrelevant verbage>......they decided that
folks who live outside the boundary even though considered Ravensfort
by Ravensfort should use the alternative below to communicate with
Their Highnesses on this issue.

I have spoken to Their Highnesses about how to handle situations where
folks cannot make the polling meeting. If at all possible, they would
like these folks to send their written proxy to the polling meeting.
However, they realize you may not know all the candidates that will be
nominated before the meeting and be unwilling to write a proxy letter
ahead of time. So if you do not wish to send it before the meeting,
please send it immediately after the meeting (within a day or so). You
can contact me and I can give you the final list of nominations.

Your proxy letter should say PROXY POLL and include your membership
status, your sca name and modern name and zipcode and, in order of
preference, the candidates you prefer.  Yes, this is not anonymous
like
the poll because, sadly, we must make sure someone doesn't take
advantage
and try to participate twice. Your proxy will be seen by a very small
group of people which may very possibly be just Their Highnesses.
