Ld William Ironwyrm posted on the Ansteorra announce list the following:

So, are we bringing the Baronial Ballistas to Steppes?  HE Brian and Ldy
Ayla will you be there to bring them and man them?  Do you need help manning
the boogers?
I wanna shoot something!!!!  Anything!
I also think that we really ought to show them off...
