[Ravensfort] Gulf Wars, Food needs and Gift Basket for An Tir

Greetings........

There are about 10 days or so left before the week of Gulf Wars.

Currently there are about 18 people that have committed to camping in the
Raven's Fort Camp.

Of those that are going, what food arrangements would the group like to make?

I know that Dolfin and Harold have said they are willing to cook one dinner
meal for the group.

Are there others that would like to do so?

Does the group want to make a group effort to feed everyone in camp, do it
individually with some groups meal or what?

Let's talk this over so, plans and purchases can be made if need.

Another subject is the Gift basket for Their Majesties of An Tir. Raven's
Fort was asked to arrange a gift basket for them to be presented at Gulf
Wars. They will be attending, so, items that would travel well on an
airplane are welcome. We have a small loom/weaving kit from James & Linda
as well as some other small items. Cloth, gift cards, small boxes, etc are
some items that would be good for this. Please get them to Kezia ASAP so
they can be assembled and packed to go.

Last subject is, Kezia and I may not be able to go to Gulf Wars after all.
Due to some mundane business items that may go down the week of Gulf War, I
may have to stay home and tend to business at work. I should know in the
next few days if this will happen.

So, even if we do not go, the above items need to be handled prior to
leaving for War.
