[Ravensfort] Eggs go good with cheese ! ! !

O.K. here's the Recipe!


 One dozen Extra Large Ansteorran size eggs.
one cup fine ground cinnimon
one cup fresh ground or sliced thing ginger root
one quart KIKKOMON soy sauce
one half cup OLONG (sp?) tea
four cups spring water.  NOT TAP!

Steep ginger in spring water until water turns yellow ( about 20 min )
add soy, cinnamon and tea and simmer till it starts to foam and then turn
off heat.
Be sure to stir so that the cinnamon does not burn to the bottom of the pot.
While doing this have the eggs boiling and crack them by rolling them on a
flat
surface but do not peal after you cool them off a bit. while still warm
place
 in to a container so that the liquid can be poured over them.
the container needs to be sealed and stored in the fridge for a few day to a
week.

    When serving remove eggs, peal and rinse. Slice and serve.  Enjoy.
