I have found the best way to eat long pig is after cubing the rump, brown until med. rare. add some veggies and a little wine..let simmer about 30mins and serve. It's really good with blood pudding..also try making jerky it's sooooo... tender. I Am "Evil Con-Carne" AKA William SkullSplitter
