I am officially now TDYP (TDY Permanent) Austin. Here are some new contact

I can check my personal email only about 1 or 2 times a day at the most. If 
you send something, please do not expect a quick response. The state has 
pretty strict policies of personal use of email and computer access and I 
really like this job and don't want to screw it up!
