Greetings,
I can see there is some confusion about the camping. I will call each 
person give/tell them  the setup... It's really cool and everyone is 
going to have a good time. This is really no big deal and shows a need 
for verbal communication. Now go think about all the fun we're going to 
have at the Event. Fun, Fun, Fun, nothing but fun.

Verbal communication is very important! ! ! Email can be so misleading.
