Hi there,

  There are 5 books that are currently in Mr. Stirling's series that you
posted about.  The are:
 1. Island in the Sea of Time
 2. Against the tide of Years
3. On the Oceans of Eternity
4. Dies the Fire
5. The Protector's War

It's a rather interesting series.  The first 3 books deal with what happened
when the entire island of Nantucket was mysteriously transported back to the
Bronze Age.  And there are some SCA references in all 3.  The last 2 deal
with what was happening in modern time simultaneously as a result of what
happened to Nantucket.  Many more SCA references there.  I do recommend
them.  They are good reads and fairly well written.
