Someone somewhere in the cyber universe waved a magic wand and cleared up the problem.  
Whoever it was gets many thanks.  
It was becoming rather annoying.

About SCA servers recently, the main SCA heralds list has been stuck for a while.  
It is going to be a big mess when it finally coughs up that furball of backed up mail.
