[Ravensfort] First time event question

I will defiantly make it a point to pack up before hand.  I am the queen of last second, and since I am packing for me and the wee ones (well not so wee in one case) I don't want to be rushing.
I do have period drink and feast gear.  Been sitting around for 2 years waiting (it's been a rough couple of years what can I say)...  Tent well not so period, but when I checked the price on period tents I nearly fainted.  Just have to sew the boys some garb, my girl is covered, and I am as well.  
Electric candles, any suggestions as to where to buy?  We are all excited and the two boys are dying to be old enough to fight.  Ways to go, but hey there are enthusiastic at least.
