Jalali's 2 shekel's worth on this Tempest in a Teapot

It seems to me that far too much is being made out of a relatively simple
thing.  Some people have forgotten that the meetings for December and
January happened to fall on holidays.  It just so happened that those
holidays fell on a Thursday, so it became necessary to switch the days for
those two months.  NOT A PERMANENT CHANGE OF MEETING PLACE.  Nowhere was it
ever implied that having to change the day of the meetings due to the
original dates being on holidays ever implied a permanent change of place or
date.  Hence the Tempest in the Teapot.  Looking toward this year and the
ones in the future, it might be a lot easier if the entire calendar is
looked at in advance so that it can be determined if a regular meeting date
falls on a holiday and make arrangements WELL IN ADVANCE to be sure that the
regular meeting place would be available on the alternate date requested.
This is a relatively simple solution IMHO.
