Like Runa said. Just put your letter into the body of your email and I will take
care of it by cut and paste.

The problem with supplying the Chronicler with a program is that when that
person is no longer Chronicler they would have to remove the program from their
computer to pass on to the new person.  This would cause the loss of any
documents written in that program unless all documents were copied onto a form
of archives.  Programs are registered to a specific person/location or at least
every one I've used has been that way.   When I send stuff to Devin I just cut
and paste it into an email.  All he has to do is cut and paste it into the Quoth
format.
