[Ravensfort] Equestrian College THIS WEEKEND!!!!!

Greetings!!
 
The time is upon us as we get into the last week before the Spring Equestrain College!!! 

This
 weekend was spent at site getting it prepared for the upcoming 
Equestrian College!!  I am looking forward to having you all in my 
Barony for a weekend of riding fun!! There will be a pavillion set up 
for Gate and sign in.  Since it is a free event, we will be asking for 
donations to cover portopotty costs and insurance.   

I would 
like to have a head count of who actually needs/wants authorizations, 
and if you have a mount or not.  Also, if you are planning on bringing 
games toys and equipment what will you be bringing?      

Remember,
 site is primitive!! No running water!! We will provide water for the 
horses and coolers for waterbearing but the rest is up to you.  Also, 
Saturday dinner will be potluck and you are on your own for the rest!!  

I
 have only 2 reserved stalls!!  Anyone else need a stall???  There are a
 total of 7 stalls, and other than the 2 reserved, will be on a first 
come first serve basis.  

I have an instructor to teach jousting ground crew and a class on dressing your horse!  .  We will go over games, how to set them up, what tools you 
need to play the most common ones, and how to make some of the 
games and weapons.

Schedule:

Friday: Site opens at 3pm. Show up and set up!  We can have a trail ride if there is interest and Marshall on site. Friday dinner is up to each individual.  Evening meet and greet.  Can set up games equipment and jousting tilt so we are ready to go in the morning.  Saturday: Be saddled and ready to go at 10am. We will be doing general riding, games, and archery authorizations in the morning.  For those that are interested in games and the equipment needed to play games, also ground crew for games, we will go over information as we set them up. 10am:  Set up games.  Class giving information about the games, weapons used, and ground crew information given at this time.  10-12am:  General riding, games and archery authorizations to begin.
Break for lunch around noon.After lunch the games will still be set up and available if anyone would like to continue to practice. 1pm: Mounted Combat authorizations.  2pm: Ground crew class for jousting. 3pm: Jousting authorizations4pm:  Caprison/trappings class  5pm:  Walk it out trail rideDinner potluck to begin o'darkthirty.  Sunday: Pack up and head out. I will stay on site until everyone is gone and stuff is put away.
