[Ravensfort] Populace minutes

Dear Populace, Last Thursday's meeting was well attended with almost 30 people there. Many future event type things were discussed. The news is as follows:
     HE Brian will hold armor guild beginning at noon on Sat. Jan. 29 at his house complete with food from the grill. He will assist in any metal/leather type hammering etc.!! AND he has a great talent! We have seen the results of his work on Rosalia's armor.
     Lord Devin will hold a illumination guild meeting at HE DSD's home on Sat. Feb. 19. That is also the same place and time for Gwenlliana, our new Herald, to hold the first gardening guild. Also that weekend will be work weekend for our off calendar Equestrian event autocrated by Lady Mirabellis.
     Feb. 25-27 is our off calendar Equestrian event to be held at the Stones. The event is free but donations are welcome and encouraged. Lady Mirabellis is organizing this and will offer more info. later. She will need help and will train people to be support staff to equestrian peoples. I believe this will be a non garb weekend.
     HE Brian is organizing a camp at Gulf War for Raven's Forters. Please register online for this and put Raven's Fort as your affiliation as we get more land etc. for it. He also needs to know if you will be coming so he can get camps set up and mapped out.
     Our Baronial Investiture will be the weekend after War on March 25-27 at the Stones. Please mark your calendars because this will be a major event for our Barony. Lady Mirabellis is autocrat for this and Don Charles is co-autocrat. Gate slots need to be filled and HE Chrystal is head gate personnel.
    Lord Devin is interested in getting a showing for us at the Huntsville Folk Festival on April 30. He will post more news later on this. If we could get this venue it would be very beneficial for all of us to show and help as a possible yearly demo with much exposure.
   Lord Devin also discussed our putting in a bid for King's College which should be June 11. He has possibly found a place in Huntsville to hold it He stressed the need for all of us to help put this event into action. He will  post more info. later.
   This is all I can recall but welcome postings of other news I may have forgotten or more details needed to be added.
