I have created one on the Barony of Namron, Gulf War planning site. You can access the site from a link on the Baronial website or you can go to it directly at http://gulfwars.baronyofnamron.org/

On there we have an option on the left for "Things to take to Gulf War"

The list is pretty extensive. If you need a release for it I will be happy to sign one for you.
