[Ravensfort] Mundane Expenses & the Barony

It is commonly called donation. If Some one was requiring you provide
something then it might be a levy. But this was letting us know what was
being done. I for one, will be assisting our B&B but that is my choice. Just
dont call it something it is not in the name of drama.
