[Ravensfort] Kingdom Heraldic event

[Seneca of Ravensfort]

Before we can commit we need more information (event cost, location, etc) and we must see if as a Barony we have the needed interest and participation.  Devin, if you would like to present this information at the next Populace/business meeting then I think it would be a great addition to the agenda.
