Raven’s fort Defender of the Fort 2018
Feast Menu
Meats
Smoked Pork Loin
Smoked chicken
Sides
Carrot Soufflé
Green beans with red potatoes, yellow onions and bacon. (One pan will be done with out bacon)
Green Salad
Fresh Rolls
Sweet and unsweetened tea.
Ingredients:
The pork loin will have Greek and Italian seasoning, olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Roast Chicken: will have salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder.
The glaze on the meats will be, honey, brown sugar, and apple juice
The carrot souffle I need to look up again, green beans, onions, bacon. Kosher salt and black pepper.
Seasoned Green Beans: one pan of green beans will not have bacon for vegetarians.
Salad: cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and carrots.
Rolls will NOT be vegan or gluten free.
Sweet tea will have sugar added.
