My name is Keilyn FitzWarin and I live in northern Atlantia, in the
Barony of Storvik (although I play more with the Barony of Lochmere next
door).  I am an experienced feast cook (and I *loathe* the words
Feast-o-crat, feastcrat, etc) and I also enjoy bringing medieval dishes
to events for private consumption.  I am particularly interested in
menus and finding more out about what medieval household operations were
like on a daily basis.  My particular expertise in feast preparation is
in selecting dishes that provide a balance of flavors, textures, colors,
etc and in running organized kitchens.  I think this list is a
*wonderful* idea.
