We now usually have everybody present their feast token at the table. The servers
count the tokens and that's how much they provide for. This started when we had
a spate of feasts where more people ate than paid. Unfortunate but true.

That's one of the reasons why my shire now just feeds everybody. We say the site
fee is X dollars and feast is free.

I've actually paid at least the site fee for almost all of the feasts I've done.
