My daughter, who 'doesn't eat Bambi' gave me several venison sirloin
steaks that were a gift to her.  I had a wonderful time dividing them
into portions and trying different marinades and recipes.  Sad thing is,
the first was the best.  Now, I have to wait and get more and retry a
couple with better wines.
