Food allergies are a common concern of those who are cooking for a vast 
and varied population.  I really appreciated all the feedback on my 
origional post, and many of the suggestions will be interesting to try.  
Just seeing the variety of similer and dissimiler reactions people have 
to wines, etc is enlightening, and certainly underscores the importance 
of having a complete list of ingrediants on hand for concerned feasters.  
	In my area of al-Barran, there seems to be a high number of 
allergies to nuts, how common is this elsewhere?
