Fellow sufferers,

I too am interested in triggers for migraines as they relate to period. If
anyone wishes to discuss this with me further, I would be happy to do so.

Fortunately, very few foods trigger migraines for me: Nutrasweet, saccharin,
and guava (a Latin American fruit that looks really nasty but is pretty
tasty). However, these are things that cooks do need to be alerted about and
in general pretty aware of.

Something else to look out for: Those who use bouillon (sp?) or base in their
soup stocks need to be aware that most contain MSG -- which is another trigger
for migraines as well as fibromyalgia.
