SC - Outdoor feasts

Outdoor feasts can be fun and period. My last outdoor feast I featured Blanche
Porrey, Leg of lamb, fried fava beans w/greens, spiced couscous, and a brisket
stewed in gravy (I threw it in because I wanted to make sure everyone had enough
to eat). I had also planned on Murrakaba but the wind was so high I couldn't
get the fire hot enough to fry the pancakes.

I was basically trying for a Bedouin-style, we had rugs and pillows all about.
Not bad for a primative site.

However, the problems with wind show how unpredictable outdoor cooking can be.

Yers,

Gunthar
