I usually need around $4-$5 per head for a feast. Here in Ansteorra I 
cook 1/2 lb of meat per person and several meat dishes and only a few 
veggie/dessert dishes. In the East, I cooked a couple of meat dishes (1/3 
lb per person) and several veggie/dessert dishes for around $3 per 
person. Most events add on a litte extra to the feast to make money from 
it as well as the site fee.
