Why? Three words: cheap! cheap! cheap!

I did declare that 12th Night will have no roasted chicken. But I do have
two chicken dishes. But I do have two chicken dishes: Lombardy brewet and
poached boneless chicken thighs in citrus sauce. So I guess I wimped out
too.
