I would certainly be glad to send you one, but I put it into Champagne
bottles, and sparkled it, and it is usually really vigorous.  I was trying to
deliver a bottle to the autocrat of our Protectorate event in October, and as
I walked out to the list field, the resultant warmth and movement combined to
shoot the cork 30' in the air, and we had an impromptu party in the Baron's
pavillion.

And besides, I only have 2 bottles left, and I want to see how it ages.  Every
time I am around, people excitedly ask if I brought any with me.  But
depending on when you visit (grin) I may have the second batch ready.  It has
clarified and I need to rack it into a clean jar, restart fermentation, and
then bottle it.  Maybe I can save some for you from that batch.  Or the next.
It really disappears fast!
