Is there an acceptable substitute for the Welches White which is a mixture of
native American varieties? Would it be possible to sub  commercially available
juices such as chardonnay or similar old world varieties? Has anyone
experimented along this line? If so, would it be possible for them to post the
results of the experiments? Thanks in advance.
