Huh??? I must be missing something. I can see slapping a slab of dough
against the side of the oven and it sticking there until cooked. But a
whole chicken? It’s hard to imagine even chicken pieces sticking to
a vertical surface. Perhaps the oven you are thinking of doesn’t have
vertical sides?
