Thanks for the recipes, but i have had it in french, italian, spanish,
morroccan, ethiopian, saudi and hundi resteraunts, i just plain do not
like eggplant. I do admit to making a killer batch of imam bayadi,
however. the sister of the moroccan i lived with taught me to make it.]
