Hi, Katerine again, with a PS.

Every described dish occurs at least once in the English corpus.  Except
for salad and mon ami (which occur once each, the former in FoC and the
latter in MS Arundel 334), most occur over and over in the 14th and 15th
C English corpus.  References can be provided, for those who want them.
