I would toast the nuts, then pound them very finely. Lightly beat the eggs
and add the honey, milk, broth, oil and pepper. Combine the egg mixture with
the nut "powder, " making a batter. Pour it into a pan and brown lightly on
both sides. Rather like a nut pancake.
