  Anyway, I hadn't even put any thought to having a High Table.  

Most of the folks that I know who frequently eat at High Table, don't expect
extras. In fact, most of them would just as soon sit at a regular table with
their friends, and have fun throwing bread-balls.  (:-)

You can do A LOT with ceremonial table service, and not worry about cooking
anything special.  If you wanted to, you might delegate a simple entremet to
another cook, and have them serve it during dinner.

But: don't let this new requirement interfere with the basic fun you are
supposed to be having.
