Sounds good, but I think I'll absorb a simpler Meridien experience with
 hot biscuits and chocolate gravy.>>>>

The version I'm more used to is sorgum molasses or honey, but yours
certainly has possabilities! ;-)

I recommend reading the ingredients. Some marshmallows contain gelatin,
and some contain agar-agar or other seaweed-derived gums. I haven't seen
any that contain marshmallow extract, though, more's the pity.>>>>

I *did* once see a recipe for making the confections that, I believe,
contained the actual herb in some form, probably as an infusion. It was, I
think, in either a herb book or a natural foods cookbook. I'd love to find
it again--I don't really like marshmallows much (Except in S'mores, of
course! ;-) ), but that sounds like a fun project............

Having actually met and purchased soup from "The Soup N***" (the soup
isn't bad, but nothing to get excited about), before he became a
cultural icon, I can honestly say he is a genuinely frightening man, and
his fictional portrayal on television is only slightly exaggerated.

Who? Not anyone I've heard of........ Is he in the SCA or mundane?

My dear lady, this has post-revel-bait written all over it.

Ahh, but Meridies doesn't generally have post revels, since our events
are, for the most part, whole weekend affairs. So it's either camping
events--and those aren't very numerous--or the odd local party for me and
this recipe. *Sigh*
