Hi. Angelique here. Sorry. I was one of the word posters. I said
nothing about your recipe work because I had nothing to add, no help to
give, didn't know enough about the subject to ask pertinent questions,
and don't dare send out TOO many 'cute' (read useless) replies. I didn't
mean not to at least acknowledge your work, accomplishment and
generosity to the list in sharing your research, just because I am not
qualified to validate or adjust or critique it. Sooooo....
Thanks a bunch for your hard work. Sounds elegant & delicious. Your
'rant' is perfectly justified, and I apologise abjectly for not
remembering that silence is just as much of a response as applause.
