Milord,
I shall endeavor to convince milady that when the receipe is completed
that she publish it here for public usage. For the moment, if I see
another cheesecake, I will endeavor to flog the individual responsible.

Speaking of subtlety, has anyone managed to corral the lord responsible
for the stag with warm mulled wine?

And I was treated to a wonderful egg-subtlety a while back -- the exterior
was a thousand-year-old egg, the interior was a pastry-puff. I think the
puffing made the necessary cracks in the shell, and the filling was easily
a sauce-variant... now I have to hunt down the person responsible. Does
anyone know of an inexpensive source of something to blow/fill an egg?
This was done in a rather large (wasn't ostrich, but was big) egg... I
think I can recreate it...

Must remember to bring a harpoon and a net to the next feast I attend in
order to get the chef to talk...
