What do you mean by *haybox cookery*? I believe there is evidence 
for medieval or renaissance picnics, although I doubt the word itself
dates to those times. At least recreational gatherings away from 
regular kitchens. But if you mean documentation for haybox cookery,
that may depend on what it is. :-)
