SC - Newcomers Redaction

  Got it.  No one has "messed up" this redaction.  I choose this 
  particular receipe as a newcomers redaction it was because it was 
  easy to read and most people would recognize a "rice pudding" 
  receipe.

But.... it isn't necessarily a rice pudding. I thought I'd made reference to
a "Sundays At Moosewood" recipe, of a rice flavored with eggs, parmesan and
lemons, as a side dish.  I've also had rice flavored with cinnamon and
sugar, that was clearly still a rice dish.

Rice is a wonderful grain, very flexible.  I might actually enjoy redacting
this recipe as a citrus and grain side dish.  I wish I knew if that was
"right", whatever that means.
