Well, this is probably too late since it is Monday morning but for anyone else
wondering about this recipe remember that it winds up tasting a lot like brisket
with barbecue sauce.

I would recommend a nice green salad, corn, rice or potatoes to soak up the
sauce. If you are not going for period.

Hmmm... Salat or cooked greens, stuffed mushrooms, a nice bread, broth soup?
if you want to go a little more Medieval.

I hope the recipe turned out tasty.
